  • Intercultural Development Inventory Assessment

  • 1-hour coaching session where their assessment results are explained to the client

 

Assessment & Preparing for Development

2 contact hours & 1 assessment  

  • Intercultural Development Inventory Assessment

  • 1-hour coaching session where their assessment results are explained to the client

  • 1-hour coaching session in which an individualized and comprehensive development plan is created and shared with client

 

Comprehensive On-going Developmental Coaching

6 contact hours & 2 assessments

  • Intercultural Development Inventory Assessment

  • 1-hour coaching session where their assessment results are explained to the client

  • 1-hour coaching session in which an individualized and comprehensive development plan is created and shared with client

  • Four 1-hour developmental coaching sessions over a 6 month period

  • Additional 1-hour coaching sessions and an additional assessment at the end

  • Certificate provided to client upon successful completion
